For a successful infrastructure development initiative, policies, mandates, regulatory frameworks, should be smooth flowing. And
to stimulate investor interest, cost-effective, timesaving services and high-return opportunities need to be promised.

INCAP will create an inducive atmosphere where infrastructure development is marked not only by investor-friendly regulations,
but also the assurance of long-term viability.

It will facilitate operations by contracting with the Government and other private entities to provide necessary advisory and
consultancy services. INCAP will also organize for mandatory clearances from the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

It will help in mobilizing and leveraging finances from government, public, private, bilateral and multilateral entities, including Viability
Gap Funding from the Govt. of India (GoI), where needed.

INCAP will also recommend, establish and operate the necessary institutional framework and capacity building activities, formulate
and execute appropriate policies, initiatives and programs and undertake / arrange road shows, marketing studies,
documentation and liaisoning with associate agencies.
