Govt. in GO.Rt.No.366, Education (SE.LIB.1) Department, Dt.28.05.2008 permitted INCAP to conduct Transaction Advisory Services in the selection of bidder for development of one acre land at Visakhapatnam belonging to District Library Department on BOT model under PPP mode. |

The project is for development on 1 acre of land belonging to District Central Library at Visakhapatnam having a dilapidated building of about 7000 Sqft. |

The project creates 27000 Sqft. built-up area, 14 covered parking slots, interiors and furniture for the entire 27000 Sqft. of built-up space free of cost to the District Library Department. |

In addition to the above Library Authority will get annual lease premium with an escalation every year. |
